Mountain Climbers are HARD!

Lots of burn in the squat jumps, thighs are burning!  Mountain Climbers are HARD–they never get easier, even doing them over and over!  Full body engaged, arms tire, core tires, legs tire and CARDIO!  YIKES!!  Hardly had my wind back to describe planks and torso tips.

We have 4 rounds of 4 minutes (16 minutes total+some rest time)–then a BONUS!
