I want to help you be your best self. I think exercise is the MOST POWERFUL thing that you can give yourself. You can build internal strength at he same time your body is transforming it’s physical self.
I know that you have a long list of things that you need to do. Let’s make exercise one of those things! You will feel better every time you workout. You will recognize how centered you become once you workout. Maybe a calmness happens.
While I teach exercise and offer workouts, I really think that exercise is a catalyst to being a ROCKSTAR! It’s about believing in yourself, accomplishing things that maybe you didn’t know you could do, standing a bit taller, and having pride in yourself. You have done something to improve your health. You matter. You get to choose. You did it.
So ROCKSTARS! Here we go. I put together 35 minute workouts that can be done anywhere and anytime. Truly in the corner of your house or on your patio if the weather allows. And they really are only 35 minutes. We charge through. A warm-up, some killer exercises, and a cool down. You are done and on with your day.
Results? Oh yes, we will get results. You will build strength throughout your entire body. We focus on the core, which will help us with posture and balance as we progress through life (read: age). We will do push-ups, planks, burpees, and jax–just to name a few! But, they are all very doable. I give lots of ways to modify, too.
The hardest part of any workout is just getting started. Just saying “yes” I am going to do this. And I am not going to beat myself up if I lapse. I will not throw in the towel and fall back to the start and stop behavior of my past! (We’ve all been there! If I can’t do it 7 days a week, then I just won’t do it at all. Oh no you don’t! In my wolrd–once is better than none. Twice is better than once! And you will feel so much better after just a couple of weeks, you will want to make time for it!!)
